Tonner® Déjà vu™ Dripping in Drama

SKU: T15DVSD0618900

Emma Jean could barely contain her excitement. It was New Year's Eve and she and Randolph were heading to the Roosevelt Hotel to hear Guy Lombardo and the Royal Canadians. One music critic had described them as, "The sweetest jazzmen on any stage this side of Heaven." She decided to wear her red and black glitter knit skirt and matching top, which boasted a dramatic drop in the back and black faux fur on the sleeves. The hotel was packed. Their performance that night was being broadcast on CBS radio before midnight and NBC radio after. At midnight, as a transition between the broadcasts, the song they chose to play was an old Scottish folk song called, Auld Lang Syne. As Emma Jean and Randolph kissed away 1929 and rang in 1930, she could just tell that the New Year would be Dripping with Drama.
